Pokud ji lid\u00e9 znaj\u00ed, \u010dasto k&nbsp;n\u00ed chovan\u00ed dv\u011b krajn\u00ed emoce \u2013 bu\u010f j\u00ed velmi fand\u00ed, nebo jim dost leze na nervy. Ona sama, alespo\u0148 jak se mi zd\u00e1, prod\u011blala za posledn\u00ed roky zm\u011bnu a z&nbsp;militantn\u00ed zast\u00e1nkyn\u011b zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy se stala sice nad\u00e1le vcelku um\u00edn\u011bnou, nicm\u00e9n\u011b mnohem kultivovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed propag\u00e1torkou komplexn\u00edho zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu. Ned\u00e1vno jsem v&nbsp;televizn\u00ed Devades\u00e1tce shl\u00e9dla debatu na t\u00e9ma zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy d\u011bt\u00ed, jej\u00edm\u017e hlavn\u00edm hostem byla pr\u00e1v\u011b Margit Slim\u00e1kov\u00e1. \u0158e\u010d byla p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o tzv. pamlskov\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1\u0161ce, kter\u00e1 ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch plat\u00ed zhruba rok a p\u016fl. Krom\u011b Margit Slim\u00e1kov\u00e9 zpov\u00eddal pan redaktor je\u0161t\u011b ministra zdravotnictv\u00ed, pracovn\u00edka \u010cesk\u00e9 \u0161koln\u00ed inspekce nebo poslance. A mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee jakkoliv osobn\u011b pan\u00ed Slim\u00e1kovou takzvan\u011b zrovna \u201enemus\u00edm\u201c, byla (a\u017e na dv\u011b \u010destn\u00e9 v\u00fdjimky, nejmenovan\u00e9ho poslance za Pir\u00e1ty a \u0159editele nejmenovan\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly) jedin\u00e1, kdo mluvil jednodu\u0161e a srozumiteln\u011b, bez manipulativn\u00edch kli\u010dek a kdo m\u011bl po ruce podlo\u017een\u00e9 argumenty a neml\u017eil. Nebudu v\u00e1s unavovat detaily, jedna v\u011bc ale stoj\u00ed za pov\u0161imnut\u00ed. P\u0159edstavte si jednoduchou ot\u00e1zku: Co je pro d\u011bti zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed? Aby pily slazen\u00e9 n\u00e1poje, nebo neslazen\u00e9? Neslazen\u00e9, nejsp\u00ed\u0161 se shodneme. Navazuj\u00edc\u00ed ot\u00e1zka: A na co je v\u011bt\u0161ina d\u011bt\u00ed zvykl\u00e1? Na slazen\u00e9 n\u00e1poje, asi se tak\u00e9 shodneme. Kruci\u00e1ln\u00ed ot\u00e1zka? Co m\u00e1me nab\u00edzet ve \u0161koln\u00edch bufetech (a pro koho to je v\u00fdhodn\u00e9)? A najednou ouha, jak \u0161patn\u00e1 je na\u0161e schopnost p\u0159ekro\u010dit vlastn\u00ed pohodlnost, zab\u011bhan\u00e9 zvyky, potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 lobby a j\u00e1 nev\u00edm co je\u0161t\u011b. A tak nikdo z&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdch debat\u00e9r\u016f nebyl schopen vysv\u011btlit, pro\u010d se do pamlskov\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky vrac\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad mo\u017enost prod\u00e1vat ve \u0161koln\u00edch bufetech n\u011bkter\u00e9 cukrem dochucovan\u00e9 n\u00e1poje.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A jsme u toho, pro\u010d j\u00eddlo a stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky bud\u00ed tolik emoc\u00ed. Dot\u00fdkaj\u00ed se p\u0159\u00edmo n\u00e1s, na\u0161ich pot\u0159eb (pro\u010d n\u00e1m tak chutn\u00e1 sladk\u00e9?), na\u0161ich n\u00e1vyk\u016f&#8230;nedej bo\u017ee aby n\u00e1m je n\u011bkdo bral, n\u011bkdo je ohro\u017eoval. Zat\u00edmco n\u00e1m v&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b ji\u017e vad\u00ed, kdy\u017e d\u011bti kou\u0159\u00ed nebo pij\u00ed alkohol, st\u00e1le n\u00e1m nevad\u00ed, kdy\u017e se p\u0159ej\u00eddaj\u00ed cukrovinkami, slan\u00fdmi sma\u017een\u00fdmi pochutinami, pij\u00ed siln\u011b slazen\u00e9 n\u00e1poje. Museli bychom toti\u017e p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat i svou vlastn\u00ed pohodlnost, p\u0159estat k\u00e1zat vodu a p\u00edt v\u00edno a to je sakra t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9. \u010cesko je v&nbsp;tomhle v\u016fbec zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, podobn\u00e9 dramatick\u00e9 boje se odehr\u00e1vaj\u00ed ji\u017e l\u00e9ta ve \u0161kolstv\u00ed, v&nbsp;porodnictv\u00ed, ve zdravotnictv\u00ed, n\u011bjak se n\u00e1m zkr\u00e1tka nechce z&nbsp;t\u011bch zab\u011bhan\u00fdch kolej\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1zory Margit Slim\u00e1kov\u00e9 p\u0159itom nejsou nijak heretick\u00e9. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vy\u010dtete v&nbsp;knize, zn\u00ed: Jezte kvalitn\u00ed a skute\u010dn\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, vynechte pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny. To samoz\u0159ejm\u011b d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl a nen\u00ed to nijak p\u0159evratn\u00fd n\u00e1zor. I dal\u0161\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed jsou jednoduch\u00e1 \u2013 p\u0159esta\u0148te po\u010d\u00edtat zb\u011bsile kalorie, h\u00fdbejte se a jezte s&nbsp;radost\u00ed. Pijte vodu a pijte tehdy, kdy\u017e m\u00e1te \u017e\u00edze\u0148. Margit se v&nbsp;knize nev\u011bnuje jen j\u00eddlu, ale tak\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci a pracovn\u00edm n\u00e1vyk\u016fm, pohybu, ekologick\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edstupu k&nbsp;\u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed, prevenci. Sama nemluv\u00ed o propagaci zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy, ale zdrav\u00ed. Zn\u00ed to n\u011bkdy a\u017e komicky \u2013 opravdu jsem to dopracovali tak daleko, \u017ee na to, aby n\u00e1m n\u011bkdo doporu\u010dil, \u017ee je lep\u0161\u00ed p\u00edt vodu ne\u017e slazenou lim\u010du, pot\u0159ebujeme kn\u00ed\u017eky a odborn\u00edky? Nicm\u00e9n\u011b zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee bohu\u017eel ano. Ze v\u0161ech stran se na n\u00e1s ji\u017e l\u00e9ta hrnou r\u016fzn\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed, co j\u00edst, a co ne, kolik \u010deho a jak \u010dasto, co je zdrav\u00e9, a co nen\u00ed, ob\u010das se dramaticky zm\u011bn\u00ed v&nbsp;prav\u00fd opak, kdo se v&nbsp;tom m\u00e1 vyznat. Mo\u017en\u00e1 je opravdu na\u010dase op\u011bt zapnout zdrav\u00fd selsk\u00fd rozum. Zd\u00e1 se mi, \u017ee kn\u00ed\u017eka Margit Slim\u00e1kov\u00e9 jde t\u00edmto sm\u011brem, i kdy\u017e se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b op\u00edr\u00e1 tak\u00e9 o obrovsk\u00e9 a \u010dasto nevst\u0159ebateln\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed dat a studi\u00ed. To u\u017e je ale takov\u00fd \u00fad\u011bl na\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1padn\u00ed civilizace \u2013 bez tvrd\u00fdch dat jako bys odborn\u011b nebyl.<\/p>\n<p>Kn\u00ed\u017eka Margit Slim\u00e1kov\u00e9 stoj\u00ed dle m\u011b za p\u0159e\u010dten\u00ed.
